Majan
Majan is a mixed-use community of mostly mid-rise apartment buildings in Dubailand, between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road. It is close to Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure. Dubailand is the wider district, first announced by Dubai Holding's Tatweer in 2003.
By road, about 25 minutes to Downtown, 30 to DXB airport, outside peak hours.
