Nad Al Sheba 1 sits beside Meydan, south of Dubai Creek. Binghatti City, announced in January 2026, is planned here: 12 residential towers around a central landmark building and about 13,386 homes, delivered in three phases, according to Gulf News.
By road, about 15 minutes to Downtown, 25 to DXB airport, outside peak hours.
