A gated waterfront community on Dubai Islands
Nakheel unveiled Bay Estate on 5 October 2026: about 360 homes in three collections, Cala, Verda and Agora, on a 653,709 square metre masterplan.
The community has 2.4 km of beachfront and 6.5 km of waterfront, with swimmable lagoons, a beach club, a clubhouse and a marina.
